DAP 3d printed packaging
For this project, I wanted to explore a more sustainable solution to packaging for DAP Adhesives. My team and I focused on a research-intensive approach, a process which included cultural inquiry, product diaries, user ride-alongs, and rapid prototyping.
This project concluded with first round packaging production and a client pitch. In addition to a trade-in program for packaging that could be reused by manufacturers, we reformatted the instructions that come with certain types of adhesives, which led to less waster over all. By encouraging customers to consume more wisely and providing a self-sustaining cycle of buy and return, we also increased brand loyalty and awareness.
